Ceniprof 3.0 | M2. Analysis of sugar production and refining processes.
November 30, 2021 | 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Description
This training presents the most relevant aspects of the management of Ceniprof 3.0 process simulation software oriented to the analysis of manufacturing processes in the production process of white, refined sugar and ethanol. The main benefits of the new version of the tool are highlighted to facilitate the analysis of the processes.
Work methodology of virtual training
The methodology is based on the content presentation of the facilitator during the OnLine event. The application of the evaluated concepts is freely available to the participant.
M1. Analysis of preparation and extraction processes
M2. Analysis of sugar production and refinery processes
M3. Process analysis in distillery
M4. Analysis of steam and electrical energy generation processes
M5. Complete factory analysis with technical-economic analysis option
Training learning objectives:
Upon completion of this training activities, participants will be able to:
- Manage the simulation modules of areas of the factory or the complete factory with the Ceniprof 3.0 simulation software, to apply it to the analysis of manufacturing processes
Aimed at:
- Technical and professional staff of the sugar mills
Participant Resources:
- Computers
- Internet connection
Training content:
This event will address the module 2 (M2) of training: Implementation of analysis in Ceniprof 3.0 to evaluate opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes
The training presents the most relevant aspects of the handling of the Ceniprof 3.0 process simulation software oriented to the analysis of manufacturing processes in the production process of white, refined sugar and ethanol. The main benefits of the new version of the tool are highlighted to facilitate the analysis of the processes.
Particularly in the module 2 the contents that we will see below are presented.
Process simulation in Sugar Manufacturing and Refinery:
- Configuration logic of the Sugar Processing and Refinery areas in Ceniprof 3.0
- Specification of input variables for each module.
- Grinding station output variables and results reports
