Below are the recommended ripener doses for the main commercial varieties per 100 t of cane (estimated production at the time of application) according to the expected weather conditions during the period between application and harvest.

To determine the dose and volume of application of ripeners in sugarcane, the vegetative development stage of the crop, the variety of cane, the atmospheric and soil moisture conditions and the application equipment must be taken into account.
