Purpose of the charge
Lead, plan, manage and coordinate the team of researchers in the physiology and maturation research area belonging to the agronomy program, in accordance with the identified and proposed research projects, according to the needs and requirements presented by the sugarcane agroindustrial sector, in line with the strategic direction of Cenicaña.
Training and experience
Professional in agronomic engineering, with a master's degree in plant or crop physiology, doctorate desirable.
Minimum five (5) years of certified experience as a researcher and/or research leader in a research area, minimum three (3) years after a master's degree with simultaneous compliance with special conditions.
Knowledge in:
- Office tools, Excel at an advanced level

- Use of statistical packages (SAS, R or Python) at a medium-advanced level

General Information
- Work hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Includes transportation en route from Cali or Palmira to the experimental station
