General description:
Project: “Strengthening the adoption of sustainable technologies and practices in the cultivation of sugarcane planted in the Cauca Valley”, within the framework of the General Royalties System executed by the Colombian Sugarcane Research Center, CENICAÑA.

Provision of professional services in monitoring and follow-up to adoption.

Experience:
Experience in field information collection activities, data analysis and preparation of research reports is desirable.
Position competencies:
Specific
- Carry out field monitoring, follow-up and validation of the implementation and adoption of sustainable practices and technologies in sugarcane cultivation within the framework of the project. Provide technical advice for the establishment and implementation of test validation and adoption areas.
Professionals
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with management, executive and operational staff
- Ease of interacting and transferring technical knowledge to different agroindustry actors including farmers, technical personnel and researchers.
- Availability of computer equipment
- Availability of transportation and driving license
- Availability to move around the production area in Valle del Cauca
- Professional card
