Job Description
Professional in charge of meeting research objectives focused on the automation of the different areas of the sugar production process. Among his responsibilities is to evaluate and validate instrumentation and control strategies that improve the efficiency in the recovery of sucrose and energy in the areas of juice extraction, sugar production and cogeneration.
The professional must design, evaluate and document instrumentation and control schemes in the mentioned areas. Other of its functions correspond to designing, specifying and implementing automation systems for pilot equipment for experimental purposes, associated with research projects. She must also support and provide solutions to general requirements related to instrumentation and control coming from sugar mills, with which she must establish a constant relationship.
education and experience:
Electronic Engineer or similar professions, with 1-year professional experience in industrial process automation. Management of PLC programming, programming languages (Python, Matlab) and intermediate performance in office automation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent interpersonal relationships with management, executive and operational staff.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Ability to solve problems and work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Driving license.

General Terms of Employment:
The employment contract is for one year, renewable depending on performance and goals achieved. Cenicaña offers a competitive salary based on the applicant's experience.
