Purpose:
Transfer, accompany and monitor sugarcane producers in the implementation of sustainable practices and technologies in the social, agri-environmental and economic pillars. Provide technical advice for the establishment and implementation of test validation and adoption areas.
Training and experience
Agricultural engineer, agronomist or related careers.
At least one (1) year of certified experience as a professional. Experience in sugarcane extension and in projects aimed at promoting the implementation of sustainable practices is desirable.
Others:
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with management, executive and operational staff
- Ease of interacting and transferring technical knowledge to different agroindustry actors including farmers, technical personnel and researchers.
- Availability of computer equipment
- Availability of transportation and driving license
- Availability to move around the production area in Valle del Cauca
- Professional card
