Beginning Monday or Tuesday, more cloudy days are expected with a high probability of rainfall, averaging 5 mm to 15 mm, slightly heavier in the west. Increased precipitation is projected for the period from September 5th to 11th as the Madden & Julian wave enters a rain-supporting phase.
