Mery Esperanza Fernandez
Cenicaña
Geographer from the National University of Colombia, Bogotá campus, and Master in Meteorological Sciences from the same university. Mery worked for 10 years as a meteorologist at IDEAM, as a forecaster with responsibilities at the national level, and has been with the IDEAM for 5 years. Cenicaña as head of the Agroclimatic Service.

Hector Alberto Chica
Cenicaña
He is an Agricultural Engineer from the University of Caldas, with a Master's degree in Mathematics with a focus on statistics from the Technological University of Pereira. He is currently a PhD candidate in Industrial Engineering with a focus on mathematical modeling from the University of Valle. Héctor worked at Cenicafé in the area of physiology with crop models. He has been at Cenicaña for 14 years and serves as Head of the Analytical Service.
