Goal

Train Providencia Sugar Mill staff on the methodology for evaluating the components of foreign matter entering the factory.

• Standardize the evaluation of components of foreign matter entering sugar factories.
• Using the sample taken with the Core Sampler, the personnel in charge are instructed on how to separate the components of foreign matter for identification and classification, in accordance with the standardized methodology for the agroindustry.
• A playful-pedagogical practice was carried out using the educational game developed by Cenicaña called CoMaEx (Components of Foreign Matter).
