Commercial behavior of sugarcane harvested in the Cauca river valley during 1999

This document presents the trends of the main indicators of physical field productivity and commercial sugar recovery in the Colombian sugar industry during 1999, analyzing in some cases the evolution since 1990. The analysis is carried out for the entire agroindustry.
Located in the Cauca River Valley, by zones (north, center and south) and by mill, as reference points to examine particular situations in the productive units.

The data correspond to sugarcane ground by the Central Castilla, Central Tumaco, Incauca, La Cabaña, Manuelita, Mayagüez, Pichichí, Providencia, Riopaila, Risaralda and Sancarlos mills, harvested on lands directly managed by them and on lands managed by suppliers.
