Goal

To train the third shift staff, Quality Coordinators and cane laboratory analysts of the Providencia Sugar Mill on the methodology for evaluating the components of foreign matter entering the factory.

• Promote capacity building among sugar mill staff to separate foreign matter from samples taken with the Core Sampler according to the methodology standardized by the sugarcane agro-industry for this purpose.
• A playful-pedagogical practice was carried out using the educational game developed by Cenicaña called CoMaEx (Components of Foreign Matter).
