General description: 

Work area: Research Projects related to the Sugar Production Process, coordinated from the Factory Processes Program of the Colombian Sugar Cane Research Center, CENICAÑA.

Description of the position: professional in Chemical Engineering or related careers to support the execution of research projects in sugar production processes within the Cenicaña Factory Processes Program. He will be in charge of developing research activities and technical support to the requirements of the Mills, related to the area of ​​sugar production, under the coordination of the leaders of the Research projects. 

Binding Type: Fixed-term contract (1 year) renewable depending on performance and goals met. Cenicaña offers a competitive salary based on the applicant's experience.

Working day: Monday to Friday from 7:00 – 4:00 pm

education and experience

Minimum certified professional experience of one year as a chemical engineer, or related careers (professional practice or internship applies). Desirable experience in production processes or research applied to industrial processes.

Workplace: 

San Antonio de los Caballeros Experimental Station, via Cali-Florida km 26, Valle del Cauca, Colombia.
