Quality of raw material that is directed to the alcohol plant and its impact on the fermentation process | M2.
November 5, 2020 | 9:30 am - 11:00 am
During the Event, we will talk about:
- During the sessions, the impact of impurities in the raw material that enters the alcohol plants will be discussed. It will seek to give a global approach addressing issues of cane quality and operational variables in the sugar and ethanol plants which promote the formation of impurities, subsequently the impact of impurities on the fermentation process and finally practices for their mitigation will be shown.
In this event we will address Module 1 (M1), of the virtual training: Quality of raw material that is directed to the alcohol plant and its impact on the fermentation process. (The short title of this training is Alcohol Plant Raw Material Quality).
Start date and time: 05 Nov 2020 | 9:30 am. Cali, Colombia. (UTC -5)
Duration: 90 minutes (OnLine)
Addressed to: Professional personnel involved in the areas of sugar production, production of fuel ethanol.
Learning objective:
At the end of the virtual training, participants will be able to:
- Provide attendees with a global vision on impurities in the raw material that affect the operations of the alcohol plant and inform actions for their mitigation.
