The results of field, ground cane and sugar produced correspond to data from thirteen mills; the industrial results are twelve of them.
1. Commercial performance: % of sugar (by weight) recovered per ton of cane ground.
2. Total tons of ground cane: Cane in stock + cane input - balance patios.
3. Total tons of sugar produced: Sum of the total tons of the different classes of sugar produced including that diverted to the production of ethanol.
